Group Health Insurance

Group health insurance is offered to employer-employee groups of 2-50 (1-50 in Michigan). A variety of plans are available with many deductible and benefit offerings such as an Rx drug card, doctor visits, emergency room and wellness.

In addition you can select other benefits such as dental, vision, life insurance, long and short term disability.

All plans are guaranteed issue. Insurance companies must accept eligible employees regardless of their health conditions, but premiums are adjusted accordingly. Certain participation requirements apply.
